This privacy notice explains how Oasis Hospitality Group Co., Ltd. (“Café Carré”, “we”) handles personal data collected through this website, in accordance with Vietnam’s Decree No. 13/2023/ND-CP on Personal Data Protection.
What we collect
- Contact and enquiry data — if you email us or make an event enquiry, we receive your name, email address and the contents of your message.
- Usage data — we use Google Analytics 4 to understand how the site is used (pages visited, device type, approximate location). Google Analytics sets cookies and the data is processed by Google. You can block these cookies in your browser or via Google’s opt-out tools.
What we don’t do
We do not sell personal data. Orders placed through Grab are handled entirely by Grab under its own privacy policy; social links open Instagram and TikTok, which apply their own terms.
Why we process data
We use your data only to respond to enquiries, arrange events and reservations, and improve our website and services.
Retention and your rights
Enquiry correspondence is kept only as long as needed for the purpose it was sent. Under Decree 13/2023/ND-CP you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and withdraw consent, by contacting hello@cafecarre.vn.
